Crinnova Travel offers four membership tiers:

- Silver ($10/month)
- Gold ($15/month)
- Platinum ($20/month)
Each membership level includes different benefits, pricing discounts, and access to exclusive travel deals. Members may cancel at any time through their Stripe subscription portal or by contacting us.
2. Service Fees
Service fees for travel quotes may apply based on your membership tier. Fees are non-refundable for flight-only quotes. For all other travel requests (e.g., cruises, hotels, vacation packages), the fee is applied as a credit toward your final booking.
3. Booking and Availability
All travel services are subject to availability at the time of booking. Crinnova Travel acts as an agent and does not guarantee pricing, availability, or changes made by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, cruise lines, hotels).
4. Payments
Payments for memberships and travel quotes are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize Crinnova Travel or its partners to charge your selected payment method.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Memberships can be canceled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles. Trip-specific cancellations are subject to each vendor’s cancellation policy.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting travel requests or signing up for memberships. Crinnova Travel is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect user information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Crinnova Travel and may not be reproduced without written consent.
8. Modifications
