All-Inclusive

• The all-inclusive rate that is detailed on your confirmation email will be charged at check-in for the number of people listed on the confirmation.
• The all-inclusive fee is MANDATORY for all GUESTS. If you are a Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club OWNER the all-inclusive fee may be OPTIONAL, however only for certain circumstances and if the below criteria is met:
  • Lodging that comes with a kitchen (Villas, Residence Suites, and Crown Suites)
  • Low season, which in general is from mid April to the end of June, then again from September to mid November
• If you are interested in becoming a Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club OWNER so that you may be able to avoid paying the all-inclusive fee please contact Robert Rene at +1 (501) 398-9357 or CrinnovaLLC@gmail.com.
• Any guest that checks into the resort after 12 AM-midnight due to scheduled flights will pay only 50% of the all-inclusive for the first night. For any arrivals prior to midnight guests must pay the full all-inclusive rate as normal.
• The all-inclusive is non-refundable. Should you decide to depart the resort prior to your departure date you will not receive a refund.
• There is an mandatory extra one-time supplement fee of $100 Per Person for the Gala Dinner held between December 24 and 31. 
• Children under the age of 3 are free and children 3 to 11 years old receive 50% off the adult rate.

Resort Fee

• Guests staying in their own accommodations will be required to pay the following based on the accommodation they stay.
• Tropical, Confresi Palm Beach Resort & Spa, Crown Suites and Residence Suites = US$16.00 per person per night.
• Sunrise Suites, Presidential Suites and Royal Suites = US$18.00 per person per night.
• Villa’s = US$25.00 per person per night.
• Children ages 0-2 are free and children ages 3-11 get a 50% discount off the above rate.
