Reservation Policies

ANY ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION OF A CONFIRMED RESERVATION MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL TO CRINNOVALLC@GMAIL.COM. 

All reservations are subject to availability and are granted on a “first come, first served” basis. All alterations must be for the same calendar year and are subject to availability. Failure to complete the correct R&D form will result in the difference paid being credited to you in the form of an accreditation. Refunds will not be permitted. Any reservation cancellation received up to (30) thirty days prior to arrival will receive a credit valid for 1 year. If a reservation is cancelled with less than 30 days notice, or for any no shows, the reservation fee will be forfeited in its entirety.

This is a nonrefundable reservation. Early departure will result in forfeiting the reservation fee entirely. The total amount of the all-inclusive confirmed at the time of booking is required to be paid on arrival. Should you arrive with less people than the original booking states, you will still be required to pay the original all-inclusive amount or you will be refused check-in. Should you need to decrease the number of people in your group, you may do so prior to the arrival date of the reservation.

You agree that all information in the reservation request is accurate. Inaccurate or incorrect information may cause confirmation delays and / or cancellation of your reservation. Incorrect or false information is subject to additional fees or non-reimbursement of funds already paid.
