By accessing or using the Atlantis Events Resale and New Reservation Platform you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

1. General Use
   1. This platform is intended to facilitate the resale and booking of Atlantis event rooms and cabins.
   2. Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and transactions. The accuracy of the information is the sole responsibility of the user.
   3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and are liable for all activities under your account.
2. User Content
   1. You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., resale listings, reservation requests). However, by submitting this content, you grant Crinnova LLC a license to use, display, and distribute the content for facilitating transactions and marketing.
   2. You are responsible for ensuring that all content you post is legal, accurate, and does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Resale Listings
   1. All resale listings are submitted by users and are not verified by Crinnova LLC. While we strive to provide accurate listings, Crinnova LLC, does not guarantee the accuracy or validity of the information provided in user listings.
   2. Crinnova LLC is not responsible for any disputes arising from a resale transaction, including discrepancies in pricing, cabin availability, or booking issues.
4. Reservation Requests
   1. Users submitting reservation requests are responsible for ensuring that all provided information is accurate and complete.
   2. Crinnova LLC will forward reservation requests to Atlantis Customer Service but is not liable for the accuracy or processing of the reservation once submitted.
   3. Crinnova LLC does not guarantee the acceptance or fulfillment of any reservation request.
5. Service and Information Use
   1. By completing this Atlantis Resale and New Reservation Form, you agree that room or cabin details, including certain fee information, may be shared with those seeking to resell or purchase an existing reservation.
   2. If you are seeking a new reservation, you understand your information will be submitted to Atlantis Events and Crinnova LLC, who will contact you via email to finalize booking or resale confirmations.
6. Accuracy and Verification
   1. You affirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
   2. It is your responsibility to verify prices and other details before submitting this form.
7. No Guarantees
   1. Submission of this form does not guarantee that a room or cabin will be resold or reserved.
8. Payment and Fees
   1. You may be charged a fee to post a resale listing on the platform or make a new reservation. Fees will be disclosed prior submitting form.
   2. All fees associated with the form submission are non-refundable.
   3. All transactions made through this platform are between the buyer and seller. Crinnova LLC is not responsible for any financial disputes or issues that arise during the transaction.
9. Contact and Communication
   1. You authorize Crinnova LLC and Atlantis Events to contact you via phone calls, text messages, and emails for booking or resale purposes.
10. Travel Agent Authorization
    1. You authorize Crinnova LLC to act as your travel agent for transactions related to Atlantis Events.
11. Limitation of Liability
    1. Crinnova LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of this platform, including inaccuracies in resale listings, reservation requests, or issues arising from transactions.
    2. Crinnova LLC is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information you provide.
    3. While measures are taken to secure data, no system is entirely secure. In the event of unauthorized access, data breaches, or information leaks, Crinnova LLC shall not be held responsible for any resulting damages or liabilities.
12. Indemnification
    1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crinnova LLC, their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, content you post, or violation of these terms.
13. Error Reporting
    1. You are encouraged to promptly notify Crinnova LLC of any inaccuracies in the information you provide.
14. Eligibility and Compliance
    1. You confirm you meet all eligibility requirements to book an Atlantis Events reservation and agree to adhere to Atlantis Events' Terms and Conditions.
15. Modifications
    1. Crinnova LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform or any services provided at any time, without notice.
    2. We may update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
16. Governing Law
    1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Crinnova LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
17. Currency
    1. All prices listed are in US Dollars (USD).
